6/9

Today was our last day at El Sol. We ended class early and had a small graduation ceremony where we all received diplomas and sweatshirts from El Sol. Afterwards, we had a special lunch of lomo saltado provided by the school and pisco sour to drink which was a special treat.
After our lunch we went back to UNIFE for the last time and we had a lecture on the relation between Latin, Spanish and English by a professor at the school. We then gathered in the library for the last of our presentations on the book we are reading. After that we gathered in the auditorium for a closing ceremony where we tried to teach the girls at the school an American dance which was "Soulja Boy Crank That," it was ridiculous but fun! The girls then performed traditional song and dance for us and we received certificates from UNIFE.
We had the rest of the night free, and majority of us went to a club in Barranco called "The Help." The club was a lot of fun because there were many people our age and they played some American music. We danced until 3:30 am!
